We can hold all enquiries for up to 14 days. Please note that bookings are classed as “provisional” until a deposit payment is received.
We have been providing music for wedding receptions for the last 15 years and have lost count of the number of weddings we’ve covered!
Despite meticulous planning and preparation, accidents can happen. If any of our DJs are unable to attend your wedding reception or function, we will supply you with a suitable DJ who will carry out your event as we would.
Unfortunately we can’t allow this to happen, we respect all our customers privacy at every event we do, however we are happy to arrange a meeting in person at your chosen venue.
You can have as much input as you like, it is your big day and so we want it to be perfect for you. Please note that all requests need to be in 14 days prior to the date of your function.
Of course, we would hate to play a song that you didn’t want to hear on your special day.
We usually arrive and set up 1 hour before your evening reception is due to start. If our All-Day package has been booked then we will arrive before the wedding breakfast to set up background music. Our set up times depend on how easy the access is to your function room.
All our DJs will be smartly dressed and will even wear black tie if required.
Additional hours after 1am are charged at £50 per hour, payment must be received prior to additional time commencing. Additional time must be confirmed by your venue. No responsibility can be held by Harrogate Wedding Hire for venues restricting finish times even if booked with us in advance.
Yes, we have full Public Liability Insurance and all electrical equipment is PAT Tested. We can issue you or your chosen venue with the correct insurance documents.
Other than essential toilet breaks, no. For these, music is preloaded to ensure no break in sound.
Of course, we provide lighting with all discos and we can also include additional mood lighting at an extra cost.
No, we do not use signs or banners at your function, although we will carry business cards to hand out to guests who have enjoyed the evening.
